Primarily focusing on expanding access to technology i.e. it’s about giving the frontline access to digital and non-networked technologies like Cloud, Omni channel, Big Data, artificial intelligence, machine learning automation, augmented virtual reality, and the Internet of Things as basic technologies of the digital age which assist in solving customer pain points in a more effective and personalized way moreover these technologies can both disrupt and transform the organization.
